Blind Center breaks ground on Visions Park
Last week, the Blind Center of Nevada leadership and board members were joined by state and local officials, partners and donors to celebrate the official groundbreaking of Visions Park, a 100-unit affordable housing complex developed to create a supportive environment for those who are blind and visually impaired.
