Halloween is a fun time of year for kids to pick a costume and get candy, but it is also a fun time of year for adults – especially in Las Vegas with a large number of Halloween parties and activities. From costume contests to Halloween-themed menus and drinks, Las Vegas is certainly the place to celebrate Halloween this year. We’re sharing a variety of spectacular Las Vegas Halloween 2022 events that look to be scary fun!
Zak Bagans’ Haunted Museum
While this is a year-round haunted museum, Halloween is certainly a time this haunted museum goes all out. Full of tricks that will scare and surprise you, this haunted museum is a sight not to miss. As this is open more days than just Halloween, you can extend your Las Vegas Halloween celebrations or start a few days early with a visit to Zak Bagans’ Haunted Museum.
Potted Potter at Bally’s Resort & Casino
Harry Potter and Halloween are a pretty perfect match, and what better way to celebrate than a show all about Harry Potter. This 70-minute show is a comedy that combines all seven Harry Potter books into one show with all of your favorite characters making an appearance. The show is definitely a treat. Whether you are enjoying spirited drinks for the holiday, you can make your way around the Strip after the show using the Monorail’s conveniently located Bally’s & Paris Las Vegas Monorail Station.
Hallow-Reef
This particular event at the Shark Reef Aquarium at Mandalay Bay Aquarium is a kid-friendly adventure where the entire aquarium is turned into a haunted shipwreck complete with costume contests as well as trick-or-treating. Kids under 3 have free admission as well, making this a great family activity for Halloween in Las Vegas.
LINQ Promenade Halloween Celebration
This year, The LINQ is putting on a multi-day event for Halloween that is family-friendly. The event features various Halloween festivities, face painting, costume contests, live performances, and a live DJ. For those who don’t want to deal with parking or taxis, the Las Vegas Monorail has a conveniently-located monorail station close by – the Harrah’s & The LINQ Monorail Station.
Rock of Horror at Fremont Street Experience
Halloween weekend just got a little scarier with a full weekend of scares at the Fremont Street Experience. With free nightly entertainment on October 28th, 29th, 30th, and 31st, you can celebrate Halloween for days in Downtown Las Vegas. Also, watch for flash mobs, people-watching, and Halloween decor you won’t want to miss. Keep an eye out for the infamous Viva Vision Light Show. If you are planning to attend, just dress to be possessed!
Watch a Burlesque Show With Zombies
Zombies are a big part of Halloween, so a Vegas burlesque show with Zombies might just be one of the most perfect shows to see while in Las Vegas for Halloween. Located at the V Theater, this show is a treat from start to finish and will leave you wondering why you haven’t seen it sooner. As the Zombie Burlesque website notes, “Club Z wasn’t considered the most risque zombie adult club in America for no reason – audiences will witness homages to the most famous horror movies of the 40’s, 50’s and 60’s performed by the most beautiful (and “dead” sexy) women in town.”
Phish Las Vegas Halloween Show
For rock fans of Phish and Halloween, there might not be a more perfect time to visit Las Vegas. The iconic rockers are going to be playing in Vegas at the MGM Grand Garden Arena throughout the month of October. But the night to see is their grand finale Halloween show that, as the Phish Las Vegas site describes, will be a “massive Halloween show.” With a packed venue on a holiday night, transportation could be tricky. With direct service from the MGM Grand Monorail Station, concert attendees can take the Monorail to other stops along the Strip in just a matter of minutes, avoiding backed-up traffic and long taxi lines.
Famous Las Vegas Halloween Pub Crawl
Easily one of the bigger parties in Las Vegas each year, the Las Vegas Halloween Pub Crawl should be at the top of the list for anyone looking for a party or a good pub experience. Hitting some of the best bars throughout Las Vegas, including the Strip, this popular event will likely take you to bars you haven’t been to in Las Vegas. The Halloween Pub Crawl in Las Vegas will be full of treats like special deals and meeting new friends.
Treat Yourself to a Las Vegas Buffet
Yes, there is candy for kids at Halloween, but what about a world-class selection of mouthwatering food for the rest of us? Treat yourself to a delicious buffet while visiting Las Vegas. With delicious drinks and yes, over 500 different daily dishes, Bacchanal Buffet at Caesars Palace is a treat to behold. If you want to indulge in a few libations, there is no need to worry about transportation with the Monorail’s Flamingo & Caesars Palace Monorail Station located nearby.
Las Vegas Monorail
The Las Vegas Monorail provides efficient and affordable transportation along the Las Vegas Strip. The Monorail continues to be one of the safest and fastest transportation options along the Las Vegas Strip with direct service from multiple spots along the Strip, connecting patrons to a handful of resort hotels and stops along the Strip.
