117 Nonprofit organizations received funding through the Super Bowl Legacy Grant Program.
The Las Vegas Super Bowl Host Committee and NFL Foundation contributed $3 million in grants to 117 nonprofit organizations through its Super Bowl Legacy Grant Program.
Funding through this initiative will support projects and programs to permanently improve the lives of Southern Nevadans in the areas of diversity, equity, and inclusion; education; health and wellness; social justice; and youth and young adults.
In addition, the Las Vegas Super Bowl Host Committee Charities awarded an additional $58,000 to the YMCA for their service to the Las Vegas community youth.
"Through the Super Bowl Legacy Grant Program, we strive to ensure the NFL leaves a legacy of philanthropy and community impact long after the final whistle of Super Bowl LVIII," said NFL Vice President of Philanthropy and Executive Director of the NFL Foundation Alexia Gallagher. "We are honored to have worked with the Las Vegas Super Bowl Host Committee to recognize and support these fantastic nonprofit organizations in their continued efforts to uplift those in need in Southern Nevada."
