Las Vegas Unemployment Rate 6% in February 2023
According to the Nevada Department of Employment, Training and Rehabilitation’s (DETR) February 2023 report, the state’s seasonally adjusted unemployment rate was 5.5% in February 2023 which was unchanged from January 2023.
The unemployment rates were 6 percent in the Las Vegas area, increasing from 5.9% in January 2023, and up from 5.3% in February 2022.
Bellagio Begins $110 Million Room Remodel
Yesterday, Bellagio announced the $110 million renovation of all rooms and suites within its Spa Tower, which includes 819 guest rooms and 104 suites. The renovation is expected to complete in October, with the first collect of rooms available for guest stays beginning in July.
