Hearthstone Kitchen & Cellar is springing into the new season with thoughtfully crafted dishes from Executive Chef Donald Thompson.
Spring Menu Featured Dishes:
- Beet Salad – A roasted beet salad with honey yogurt goat cheese, pistachios, and beet chips
- Scottish Salmon – Hearth-roasted Scottish salmon with steamed veggies, lemon glaze, and fresh lemon
- Tomahawk steak – A 32-ounce, 25-year-aged Tomahawk steak with garlic mashed potatoes and truffle jus, available as an off-the-menu special
The dishes can be enjoyed alongside white, red, and sparkling wines from the expansive wine menu, as well as craft beers and cocktails!
About Hearthstone Executive Chef Thompson:
Leading the Hearthstone team since January, Chef Thompson’s culinary inspiration began while growing up in Texas with a love for smoke, big meats, and the simplicity of comfort food.
Through 23 years of experience in dining destinations such as Restaurant Guy Savoy at Caesars Palace, he has since found his avidity for techniques that can change an ordinary meal into an extraordinary one.
Boasting a culinary style that marries well-loved comfort foods with elegantly composed flavors, he is now crafting wholesome dishes at Hearthstone. Just in time for spring, Chef Thompson has presented an updated menu with flavorful dishes inspired by seasonal ingredients.
