Knights of Rizal Launches Legacy Project: Life-Size José Rizal Statue in Las Vegas Filipino Town
Las Vegas, NV – [November 5, 2025] – The Knights of Rizal Las Vegas Chapter proudly announces the unveiling of a life-size statue of Dr. José Rizal, the Philippines’ national hero, in the heart of Las Vegas’ Filipino Town. This Legacy Project celebrates Rizal’s enduring values of patriotism, education, and civic responsibility, serving as a symbol of Filipino pride and heritage in the United States.
The statue, will be scrupulously crafted to reflect Rizal’s iconic image, and will stands as a beacon for the Filipino-American community, promoting awareness of Filipino history and culture. Located in a central area of Las Vegas’ vibrant Filipino Town, the monument invites residents and visitors alike to honor Rizal’s contributions to freedom, justice, and national identity.

A MINI CONCERT and Program Kickoff Ceremony will be held at Pacific Asian Plaza on November 30 Sunday from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM to mark the launch of the Knights of Rizal Legacy Project. ADMISSION is FREE, and FOOD VENDORS will be available throughout the event, offering local and Filipino favorites for everyone. Performers are local musicians, LIVE Band and members, Entertainers, Vocalist, and Choir/Chorale Groups. The event includes a cultural program, speeches by community leaders, Filipino-American Associations members, family and friends, providing a meaningful opportunity for the community to come together and celebrate their shared heritage.
This Legacy Project reflects the Knights of Rizal’s commitment to promoting Filipino values and history worldwide. The Knights of Rizal invites the public to join the organization, engage with the community, and join in honoring one of the Philippines’ most revered heroes, Dr. Jose Rizal.
About the Knights of Rizal
The Knights of Rizal is an international civic, cultural, and patriotic organization dedicated to upholding the ideals and teachings of Dr. José Rizal.
