Ube pancakes are topped with sweet mangos and berries, banana bread French toast is dipped in cinnamon and vanilla batter, adobo fried chicken is served on Hawaiian rolls and shrimp is sauteed in a fragrant blend of coconut milk, ginger, garlic, and Thai chilis.
