On April 23, Evening Entertainment Group announced that the $50 million behemoth will open this summer with sweeping rooftop views, three stories of daytime sports-viewing and nighttime partying, and a massive external LED screen that will permanently change the Las Vegas Strip skyline. The Las Vegas location was first announced in February 2023. Bottled Blonde will open on the southeast corner of Las Vegas Boulevard and Flamingo Road, directly across from the Bellagio Fountains. It’s going in near Ole Red, Blake Shelton’s honky tonk that opened early last year. Located in front of the Horseshoe Casino, Bottled Blonde Las Vegas will span 20,000 square feet — identifiable by a glittering marquee on the roof and the towering figure of a blonde pin-up model nuzzling an equally oversized beer bottle. The bar will feature more than 40 televisions, just the right amount for viewing sports games and UFC fights. LED walls, multiple bars, DJs, and myriad “music zones” across the first and third floors will inspire nighttime partying. Like its other locations, the bar will serve food all day. Brunch means French toast topped with Nutella cream cheese, crushed Butterfinger, and vanilla bean whipped cream. Lunch and dinner will include wood-fired pizza, Calabrian chile-glazed chicken wings, and chicken paninis with tomato jam and mozzarella. Bottled Blonde got its start in 2014 in Scottsdale, Arizona, and has since expanded to Texas and Florida. It’s the latest in a new genre of multi-story national brands to take up residence on the Strip, joining the likes of Ole Red, Brewdog, and Jason Aldean’s Kitchen and Rooftop Bar, which is spread over two levels in the Project 63 building. And the latest rooftop comes with ample sports-driven entertainment and Scottsdale’s unique brand of nightlife. Evening Entertainment Group Bottled Blonde.
