Membership applications for the new location are now open, with tiers starting at $2,750 in annual dues after an $1,000 one-time initiation fee. The most expensive tier comes in at $7,500 per year after a $50,000 initiation fee and offers access to both locations, a private wine locker and cigar humidor on premises, a complimentary round of golf at the Wynn each year, and more. The first Zero Bond was founded by restaurateur Scott Sartiano (Butter, 1Oak) in 2020. He’s also known for his restaurant Sartiano’s in the Mercer Hotel. The New York location in NoHo quickly catapulted to fame for its exclusivity and celebrity sightings, including the likes of Taylor Swift, Leonardo DiCaprio, and Kim Kardashian. Some may recognize the luxe interior of Zero Bond from the finale of Succession, where Kieran Culkin’s Roman Roy sits at a stone bar sipping a martini. The New York location has also become a favorite hangout of Mayor Eric Adams. In 2021, Adams held his election celebration at the club; in 2024, a judge ruled that Adams would have to comply with Hell Gate’s request for text messages between him and Sartiano. The Vegas outpost of Zero Bond will aim to capture the same spirit of the original with an interior inspired by residences in Milan. Members will have access to dining options including the Members Grill, led by three-time James Beard Award-winner chef Alfred Portale (Gotham Bar & Grill, Sartiano’s), and the Salon Privé with food from chef Michael Rubinstein (Majordomo, Majordomo Meat & Fish, Vetri Cucina). Additional members-only spaces include a sculpture garden, cigar humidors, wine lockers, and a private valet. Zero Bond has most recently been in the news for an alleged potential acquisition by Tilman Fertitta, the future U.S. ambassador to Italy; President Trump has referred to himself and Fertitta as the “twins.” Fertitta also owns the Houston Rockets and recently acquired Keens Steakhouse in New York. A spokesperson for Fertitta told Eater New York that “there have been discussions, but there is no deal at this time.” If a deal were to go through, Fertitta would buy out the original investors in Zero Bond; Sartiano and his business partner Will Makris would keep equity and continue operating the club. Time will tell if the Vegas outpost becomes as legendary — or infamous — as its predecessor.
