A 3,922 square foot luxury penthouse located on floor 43 of the Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas sold for a record breaking $9.5 million.

The unit is one of six in the entire building featuring this unique floor plan with three bedrooms, four bathrooms, an office, modern kitchen, great room, dining area and lounge.

The unit was completely remodeled and rebuilt by designer Pedram Rahimi. The kitchen features a backsplash by artist Alex Turco, Miele appliances and a Gaggenau wine fridge. Smart home technology is placed throughout the unit including Bowers & Wilkins speakers, a Bryston Media System, Lutron technology with remote lighting, temperature and music, along with electronic shade control.

The primary bathroom contains many spa-like features including Scavolini cabinetry, mosaic tiles, dual sinks on quartz countertops, Dornbracht finishes, heated limestone flooring, dual shower heads and a stand-alone BainUltra jacuzzi tub. Each additional bedroom features individual ensuite bathrooms.

Residents of the Waldorf Astoria are privy to the same luxury amenities as hotel guests, such as room service, housekeeping, concierge services, a private lobby, secluded elevator and valet. The building also offers access to an advanced fitness facility, full-service spa, hair and nail salon, a sparkling pool fully equipped with cocktail servers and cabana rentals.

This sale was the first sale of the year for Frank Napoli of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Nevada Properties and owner of The Napoli Group. He closed 13 units within the Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas in 2023, contributing to a sales volume of $110 million.

"As a resident of the building for almost a decade, this is a full circle moment. I truly believe in the Waldorf Astoria brand and lifestyle," said Napoli. "I have seen the demand for the building increase as the building improves, and I think the demand will continue to grow. These units are one-of-a-kind in the Southern Nevada market."

The Napoli Group has another $9,995,000 penthouse listing in the tower that recently hit the market. It sits at 3,980 square feet, with three bedrooms and four bathrooms. Napoli will break his own record for the largest sale in Waldorf Astoria history if the penthouse sells at its listing price.
