The Museum of Ice Cream will have an elaborate sprinkle pool and dessert hotel rooms One decade after first popping up in New York, one of the pioneering Instagrammable experiences is opening a sprawling location in Las Vegas. The Museum of Ice Cream will open in 2026 at Area15 — moving into the hub of all things experiential entertainment with a larger footprint and new offerings that expand beyond the pink walls and sprinkle pool. The Museum of Ice Cream will take over 30,000 square feet with an ice cream buffet, ice cream-themed hotel suites, a dessert-themed play area, an ice cream cake wedding chapel, a pink party bus, and an oversized version of the sprinkle pool that has featured heavily in celebrity family photos throughout the last decade. The Museum of Ice Cream has locations in five other cities that offer play areas, photo opportunities, unlimited ice cream treats, and cafes that serve pizza, sprinkle pool sundaes, and ice cream hot dogs.
