Top of the World, The STRAT’s award-winning restaurant, with 360-degree rotating views, will offer Easter-inspired selections throughout the weekend.
The iconic restaurant will add several decadent dishes to the menu, including:
- A crab and Boursin cheese-stuffed portobello mushroom served with arugula salad, shaved parmesan, and hollandaise, priced at $28
- An entrée of plum and port wine braised lamb shank accompanied by caramelized onion mashed potatoes, charred plums, and shaved Brussels sprouts salad, priced at $64
- A coconut chiffon cake with coconut mousse and a mango center, priced at $15.
