The new poolside Patio will have cozy lounge seating, Mexican food, and ample televisions for catching sporting events during the warmer months. Patio’s menu will include dishes that are just right for spring and summer evenings — with housemade salsas like charred salsa verde, served with crispy tortilla chips or pork skins. For entrees, there will be rock shrimp ceviche, sweet and savory hamachi crudo, mahi mahi tacos, and sizzling fajitas. Dessert takes the form of churros with chocolate sauce and crispy sopaipillas, drizzled with honey and powdered sugar. Wash it all down with dragon fruit margaritas. The Wynn Debuts Its New Bar The Wynn’s newest destination for wine and cocktails is the reimagined B Bar, located off the casino floor near the Fairway Esplanade. Wynn’s master mixologist, Mariena Mercer Boarini revamps the bar for its new location, with cocktails like Opposites Attract martini with vodka, spicy Castelvetrano olive brine, and black truffle salt. It will open on Thursday, March 27 and will remain open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Liam’s Den & Bubble Bar will serve Champagne, cocktails, and premium spirits starting on Thursday, March 27 in a new Art Deco-style bar. The space is sleek with black walls, onyx tabletops, and a striking hot pink cherry tree at the center of the bar. Liam’s Den & Bubble Bar will be open daily from 2 p.m. to midnight, with happy hour specials featuring $5 off cocktails, Monday through Friday from 3 to 6 p.m.
